Delivery issues

We send our brownies on a Royal Mail 1st Class service. (THIS MEANS THEY WILL BE DELIVERED THE NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER WE HAVE DISPATCHED THEM NOT FROM THE DATE OF ORDER)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days and can not guarantee any exact delivery dates as it is simply not possible to do so…in extremely busy periods we may take longer to dispatch, no refunds can be given for this.

Therefore no refunds can be made for delivery related issues.

You will receive an email notification once we dispatch your order. It is your responsibility to monitor your emails and adjust your delivery address, date or safe place as req.

Lost parcels

In the event of your parcel not turning up please notify us asap, all of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.

Once the parcel has left us it is deemed to be out of our control therefore no refunds can be given unless you can prove clear fault on Royal Mail’s part.

Not satisfied

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your brownies, please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected]

Cancellations

We do not offer cancellations, once your order is placed it is in our system to be baked and sent therefore no cancellations can be accepted.

Returns

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

As our products are freshly baked we do not accept any returns and no refunds can be given for returned products.
